The product is great, I'll start with it. It also looks great for engineered wood. There were a few minor scratches, but that was probably due to poor maintenance of the big box by Revain staff. The box was almost open when it arrived at my front door. The instructions were easy to follow. The shelves on the right are narrower than they appear in the photos. I bought a turntable for my house and it's too wide. I wish there were more detailed measurements but I can find another use for the shelf as I like the asymmetrical look. Problems with this are related to customer support. I emailed the company almost two weeks ago and still haven't received a response. I was expecting a bit more, especially considering the price. The price of Wales Edison products is high considering that they are made in China in unassembled form from solid wood. I liked the design and finish so I was willing to pay more but expected better customer service because of it. Any customer service would be nice indeed!
