Review on Campaign Workhub by Colin Arcos

The customer service is stellar, which I appreciate because this is a small business, not a big enterprise. The interface makes it easy to create and send emails. It's easy for me as an admin to track all of our campaigns. There are some bugs that we've had to work around with our own custom code, but nothing that has been too difficult. It would be great if they could get more integrations with other software. We're using it to send out automated emails to customers when their orders are complete. We love how easy it is to set up, and how quickly we can get started with our campaigns. The interface is very intuitive, and the support team is extremely helpful. I wish there was a way to see all of my open rates for a particular campaign, but that's not too big of a deal. It's great for small businesses who are just getting started. We're able to create and send out campaigns in minutes instead of hours or days.
