Many will disagree, but I'm a firm believer in spending a lot of money on something I only wear for a few hours (no matter how special the day is). Spent months buying a veil. I have bought all types of veils ranging from $90.00 to $20.00. My champagne wedding dress with lace material. Either the veils were not the color listed on the seller's page or they arrived in poor condition. Let me be clear that Revain's fulfillment service is the best. The products some sellers sell aren't worth the money, and when it comes to this seller, that's pretty much it. After reading rave reviews and noticing a great price, I ordered Ivory (length 3 meters). As soon as I opened my package I was very disappointed. The ivory color is pure white and the faux pearls were either hanging loose or falling off. Also, the comb wasn't fully attached and hung at an odd angle. I immediately contacted the seller (with photos) and they offered me a $10 refund and told me to keep it to myself. Luckily I ordered this veil through my Revain Prime account so I returned it the next day for a full refund. Just because a product is cheap doesn't mean it has to be of poor quality. It's our anniversary, ladies, and everyone deserves the best, whether you're spending a fortune or not. I hope the seller will learn from this review and offer higher quality veils.
