In general I like it. It's a great way to keep warm while watching TV or working at your desk in a cold basement without the hassle of a one-sided blanket. It might take a little longer. I'm 5ft 1in and when I put my feet on the bottom of the fins and lift the top all the way up they don't quite reach my shoulders. If they reached to the neck it would be cozier but good enough that the blanket was fine with me. It has become my favorite blanket. The top of the ponytail is fabulously soft, made from this soft fabric that won't soften the more you wash it. The fabric is not the thickest but not too thin and proved to be warm even on a cold night. There is a small design flaw with the fin. I'm sure they did it for the asthenic effect while adding realistic mermaid details Holding the fin more durable, but the fin is covered with spiny tissue. This is fine as I wear socks most of the time, but as the tail is quite short my feet are always at least a few inches against the fin, even when wearing the fin below my waist like in the product photos I have always no socks a little scratched. On the other hand, I love that Blankie Tails has fins that fit your feet. This is the only mermaid tail blanket I've seen and it comes in very handy when you need to move around. Instead of getting caught in an impromptu potato sack race when you need to cross a room, Blankie Tails allow enough freedom of movement to walk. Some mermaid tail blankets are narrower to give them a mermaid look, but Blankie Tails blankets are wide enough at the top for easy draping and stay comfortably wide where the tail tapers. If you are small and like to wear fluffy socks I recommend 10/10.
