Waste of Money, Don't Buy It
Based on my experience, this marking tool is unreliable and not worth the investment. Although it is marketed as being precise and durable, it fails to deliver in both aspects. The only positive thing I can say is that it has a decent capacity. However, that one pro does not outweigh the numerous cons such as the difficulty in locking and unlocking the tape measure and the overall flimsy construction. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable tools for their home improvement needs.
