Connected them, the scanner died. The stock antenna is better than this one!
I used two standard antennas on my SDS200 and thought it would be an upgrade to increase the range of my scanner. The scanner used to be very active, but it was fairly close to where I was. As soon as I connected these antennas, the scanners turned off. I never heard anything in the 45 minutes they were connected before switching back to standard antennas. The scanners are working great again. I advise against buying these antennas.
