This is my first time trying this product. As you can see, I have coarse, thick hair above my chin and above my upper lip. I used pliers the whole time to remove this hair. He approached me very well, removed about 96% of the hair. There was still some hair left that I had to pluck later. Another important part of it is that it leaves a smooth skin around the chin that I've never felt before when plucking my hair. Overall I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it.
