I've been using Buf-Puf since I was 18 so it's been a long time - people used to tell me not to use Buf-Puf, it would scratch and ruin your skin because it's too hard, but of course you were wrong, my skin looks amazing for my age, people think I'm 20 years younger than me because I've been doing this for so long, I use it along with my Clarisonic and my micro needle roller, and it keeps all the dead skin off my face and exposes the smooth skin underneath. The needle roller helps with uneven skin tone, wrinkles, hyper- and hypopigmentation, etc. Due to the peeling, men don't have many wrinkles above the lip because they shave their face every day, so the principle is the same. Afterwards I always use a good serum with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Everyone is peeling and spinning needles now, so I think I was ahead of my time. Ha ha. I love it and would recommend it, but if you have sensitive skin, start with a sensitive skin sponge and move on to the regular one.
