CHECK YOUR TRANSPORTER!

DANA 30 requires special mount for 3.73+ gears. This is nowhere in the product description and I found this the hard way. If your Jeep comes from stock 3.55, you will need to replace the bracket. I was trying to install these 4.88 cogs on a bearing carrier (I had a 3.55) and was unable to get the correct clearance and pattern. A little more research and I found that I needed to replace my carrier. Once I switched my media to one for 3.73+, the install went smoothly and everything worked great. I'm only deducting one star because the product itself is great.
