The best part about this app as of now would be its integration with social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram which helps in marketing our product very well! It has some minor bugs but nothing that cannot handle at all so far!! I have integrated it using facebook connect hence whenever i buy something from my friend's page he gets rewarded within few minutes itself without having an account set-up anywhere else than his/her FB Account (which makes sense!). It is an excellent tool for the management of rewards programs. It is very easy to use and the customer service is always available to support you. I have not found any particular problem. It is an excellent tool. I would recommend it to everyone. It is the best tool to run a rewards program.
