Cause Toner Cartridge Image Drum Error

The photoconductor unit included in this kit only lasted about 1 toner cartridge before it started showing "Drum Error" messages and refusing to print. I put the old Brother Drum back in and she started typing again. I will try another brand. The toner itself was fine. Now I need to find out if the company will keep their one-year warranty.
