The life of the toner cartridge in my Brother HL2275DW is usually 8-12 months. The brand I was using was discontinued so I bought this one. The first toner cartridge became light, streaky and unusable after a month, the second (in which I also replaced the drum as a precaution) failed in less than three months. The third took six weeks - less than a ream of paper. This product seems like a waste of money. Very poor quality, I hope the third one will last until a new toner from another brand…

The photoconductor unit included in this kit only lasted about 1 toner cartridge before it started showing "Drum Error" messages and refusing to print. I put the old Brother Drum back in and she started typing again. I will try another brand. The toner itself was fine. Now I need to find out if the company will keep their one-year warranty.

Toners work very well. The drum leaves a small spot in the middle of the page (about 3 per side), I have taken extreme care in handling and installing the drum as I know how delicate it is. I am satisfied for the price paid. I'm editing this review and rating it 5 stars. After V4ink found out about my problem, they sent me a new drum absolutely free. This drum works great. This company really stands behind their products!

I bought it for home use and installed the first cartridge in September. Four months later it was clearly out of ink and will need to be replaced soon. Typically a cartridge lasts 6 months and I've printed less in the past few months so shouldn't run out anytime soon. I noticed that the description on the website doesn't claim to be the number of pages a cartridge will print. I don't know how many pages I got from the first cassette as I don't keep track, but definitely not 2000+ like the other

The drum and cartridges are a good buy but since installing the drum I have found that I can use paper that has already gone through the printer put on a drum side to print on the other side, the paper gets stuck and I have to open everything up and clear the way to the end.
