The drum and cartridges are a good buy but since installing the drum I have found that I can use paper that has already gone through the printer put on a drum side to print on the other side, the paper gets stuck and I have to open everything up and clear the way to the end. But if you only print on one sheet of paper, everything works fine. Now that I know, I have to clear the paper path multiple times to print on both sides. A NOTICE. I added an asterisk to my review because the company told me they must have been defective. They also offered to refund my money. I was happy to see that they had good customer service. I'll report back when I get a replacement. Note. I received a new drum and toner cartridges and am happy to report that the new drum is not jamming in my paper. I was nervous for a few minutes when the instructions (step 6) said to reset the drum counter and when I left the front cover open as instructed and couldn't find the GO button I was stumped. So I closed the lid, chose the drum option and pressed it. The instructions should be clearer as my printer doesn't have a GO button. But in general the drum and the toner do their job perfectly, I'm 100% satisfied!
