My daughter wears AFOs (suspenders) and these socks are great. They have a good thickness but don't make your feet sweat. Not too thin so her braces don't rub. It's hard to find socks that aren't knee socks but aren't quarters. These are good length crew socks. They are very soft, easy to wash, do not shrink. I will recommend her in my group to other parents with children with cerebral palsy.
