Please don't make the mistake of buying this product!

Maybe you need a bulky, difficult to pitch and expensive all-in-one tent with poor orientation. Then this tent might be right for you. I personally prefer something lightweight, easy to assemble and inexpensive. When I bought this all in one I was trying it out in my backyard hoping to use it on a week long hunting trip that would take me many miles. I quickly realized that this wasn't going to work. The product filled my backpack leaving no room for anything else. Also, I had a hard time understanding the odd combination of straps and carabiners required to turn a tent into a hammock. The raincoat was useless to me. What was the fourth feature? I can't even remember. What I do remember is that I literally spent hours going back and forth between European Youtube videos and confusing paper "instructions" to figure out how to work with the conversion, and here it was still not waterproof. ! Big holes on both ends! And if you're lying inside, the bars don't even protect your face from the screen/waterproof! Just a terrible product, not at all what I need. I'd rather go to REI and buy a lightweight hammock along with a standard Mountain Hardware tent. But wait, that's not all! Since the product was around $300, I knew I had to return it. So began months of painful negotiations with people at the post office, at a dealership in Pennsylvania, with some lady in Austria. . . It cost me $30 to send it back and they required me to do it within 14 days. I returned it to the address provided and USPS documented the delivery, but they still haven't refunded my money. There's a constant exchange of views about time zones, about small startups. I receive messages in German. But so far not a cent on my account. Please stay away from this product. Just go to REI or Cabelas and speak to someone who can show you how a bivouac tent works. If you don't like it, you can return it to the counter easily and free of charge and get your money back immediately.
