Fabric rubs and leaves skin moisture

Received on time, needed for muscle tears but after a few hours the fabric became rough on the inside and ended up with what appeared to be carpet burn. To use this I have to wrap it first to protect my skin. And even stretched tight, it doesn't rest on my arm. Wouldn't spend any more money
