Review on Lunderg CPAP Pillow Side Sleepers by Kristy Campos

I am a relatively new CPAP user who is still in the 'compliance' phase for insurance purposes. I realized early on that I needed a better pillow than what I had to optimize my compliance. After researching the options, I settled on the Lundberg pillow because its intriguing design - with a choice of two different thicknesses as well as two types of cut-outs for mask placement - seemed very well thought out. After using the Lundberg pillow for a month, I am happy to report that the pillow has exceeded all of my expectations. Until last night I preferred to use a pillow without a base layer because I have a petite build and narrow shoulders. But after discussing my tendency to gulp air while using CPAP, my therapist suggested I try sleeping with my head a little higher, so I've recently put on a second shift. Finally, it should be mentioned that the pillow is still more comfortable than my normal pillow even without a CPAP mask. The pillow comes with a nice soft cover and a second CoolMax cover for those who prefer a cooler fabric. I hope Lundberg will soon offer a dust mite resistant inner sleeve too!
