This sweater is just perfect. As other reviewers have said, it's sherpa on the outside with fluffy fleece on the inside and there are sherpa-lined side pockets. The material stretches a little but keeps its shape and washes well with almost no pilling. I washed it on a perm and tumble dried it. I'm medium height, 5ft 3in, 140 lbs. It's long enough for me to wear comfortably with leggings. AND WARM! I've worn it on errands in 36 degree weather and I've been fine with no other layer underneath or over it. It came in with a little chuckle because the label with the washing instructions says it's 100% cotton, which it clearly isn't. I love it and got lots of compliments the first time I wore it. Excellent purchase!
