Simply put, it's just not the best product.
Not a very good product. The rubber holding the mesh part of the luff is too big and flimsy. It is much larger than a net and rubs and scratches the skin when washed, which is quite uncomfortable. The lufa mesh material is rougher than we would like. I found it annoying too. I won't buy this again. I thought I'd try something other than the ax brand, but the ax is clearly much better. Never had a bad experience with axes. I return to the axe.
