Excellent user interface as well as easy to use for new users; very flexible in terms of adding all kinds of reports to it; can integrate with other softwares like SAP ERP / MRP etc.; supports many languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, English etc., so you can get your softwaredesigners from anywhere around the world without language barrier ; very good support team always ready to help you out if needed; not much dislike about this software. Easy integration with the existing systems is one of its major advantages. Highly recommended product; we are using this software at my work place as our main HRMS system which handles payrolls, benefits management, recruitment & onboarding process, employee leave management etc.
