Generally good. But not a direct fit
I had to cut and weld a strap strip to the fan mount to mount it. The length of the shaft is about an inch shorter than the one that came loose. And the bottom two screws had to be replaced with longer screws. Deeper casting of flanges. The block is good overall. Seems to be working fine.
