I knew the packaging was going to be just cardboard and I put up with it because hey. Beggars cannot vote. But the cardboard box with the USB drive inside is NOTHING like the picture. I know they talked about different styles but it doesn't even remind me of the tapes I had before. It is made in strange pastel colors with the image of a banjo. WHAT FOR WHAT. As it took over a month to receive these I decided not to return them and just pass them on to the recipient anyway, but I am very annoyed. It almost in no way resembles the product I ordered. Also, I was expecting the drive to be formatted with a small executable or something so you can load a playlist onto it. Instead, in order for the songs to play in the order you choose (as any mixtape creator knows, this is very important!), the recipient must manually load the songs into the chosen audio program in the order you specified in the accompanying lyrics. . What a shitty gift. "Here, I made you this thing! Some assembly required." Either way, it's a bit overpriced and unassuming, but the nostalgic in me would definitely appreciate it. If only it matched what I thought I was ordering! Instead, I get a disappointing product, that's not even what I bought Wait until you see it in store and feel safe before buying something like this.
