Review on IDICIA Line-ID by Ryan Ramirez

Having one call center out of state was always an issue for our business with being able to talk with real people who actually know what they're doing. Now I'm not worried about having calls handled locally! We have been using this product for years now without problems. It's really helped us when we get customers or coworkers calling in after hours trying to reach someone within the office because they aren't available during standard work hours. I like that it is easy to use, the interface is very user friendly, and it is very accurate. I dislike that the system is very hard to use for new people. There are too many steps and too many things to learn. I would recommend using this program for everyone, not just for new people. This is a great tool for everyone! It is easy to use and the price is right. I am able to find phone numbers on the go and I am able to give the owner of the number more information.
