I deliver food on a motorcycle for postmasters and this bag is way better than the $80 bag at the postman store. Top loading is much easier to use, the cup holders hold regular 16 ounce to-go cups well, but if you're trying to hold a very large soda pop from fast food or whatever, you just have to load it into the main compartment and stacking things around didn't fall off, I do it all the time and I haven't had any splatters. It is very large and holds a lot of food, I put 6 large extra sandwiches in it plus 4 large styrofoam sheets at once to fill the food bins here and there was room for more. The top-loading design means groceries stay closer to your back and takes more strain off the shoulder strap than loading from the back. So as long as you only put heavier items on the bottom there is no problem and more volume will fit. Eating is more convenient. The insulation is a cheap sheet of styrofoam but it works very well, food always stays hot when I take it out of the bag, even on cold days when I have to drive on the freeway and the cold wind is blowing. This is me. The inner lining is a plastic film so it's easy to clean if it drips or spills. However, that hasn't happened to me yet. I highly recommend buying this over the other expensive ones if you are delivering by bike or motorbike, it's a fraction of the price and works a lot better. They use it to make money, not spend it
