Attempting to install the assembly from the box was not possible due to the thickness and stiffness of the gasket. I pressed a pad under a board and a 50-pound dumbbell for 24 hours. No luck: the gasket was too thick to allow rotation in the tank. So I placed a spacer between the two circuit boards and the AC terminal. I tightened until I could no longer tighten the clamp. After 10 minutes I removed the clamp, lubricated both surfaces of the gasket with silicone grease, quickly reattached it to the assembly and SIMPLY installed the new assembly into the tank. Installation was so easy I thought maybe I hadn't installed it correctly but after waiting 24 hours to make sure the gasket fully expanded with no sign of leakage!
