I like how it's simple but also has features which are not yet fully developed, such as video annotation for content created by users from our own CRM system. We use this tool mainly for creating campaigns (announcements) with images attached to them. The feature of being able to create multiple versions of each campaign makes it easy for us to keep track of changes made to campaigns over time.
