Avoid falling for the marketing bluster; WSKY is not the top location for fans of flashlights. Their product selection, especially their supposedly "powerful lantern flashlights," left me feeling utterly let down. The amount of illumination I required for my outdoor activities was not provided by these products, which fell short of my expectations. To make matters worse, WSKY's customer support is subpar. The staff was useless and uninterested in my issues, in my opinion. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were unable to respond to my basic inquiries about their goods and did not provide any solutions or alternatives. Furthermore, there are concerns about the lanterns' longevity. One of the flashlights I bought from WSKY broke after just a few uses, and when I attempted to get a replacement or refund, the business was unresponsive. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for a high-quality lantern to buy WSKY. Their assortment is disappointing, they provide poor customer service, and their goods are not dependable or long-lasting. Spend less and search for a better choice elsewhere.
