I ended up not using them
I bought it thinking I could attach it to the bookmarks I made. Unfortunately the loop isn't long enough for the tassel so I can't tie it. So I'm thinking I might need to alter it or buy tapes that I can cut to size. I blame myself for not thinking about it. I'm just glad it didn't cost too much.
