I am sensitive to artificial fragrances and it passes my tolerance test, odor is mild and not overly nourishing because I think so that it consists of "pure" natural ingredients. I could burn a few sticks around the room to boost the faint scent, but the essence doesn't last long enough to cling to walls and musky surrounding surfaces like alternative brands. I am very excited to use this product as a coating for the citronella scented insect repellent incense which smells like old people in old houses. There is one brand of black coconut on my wish list that I will order next time.
