I bought this before my FTM top surgery hoping it would help me not to turn on my side while sleeping. I've slept on my side my entire life and trying to sleep with my regular pillow on my back has always been painful and impossible. Thanks to these bed wedges, I can feel completely comfortable in the desired position. to help with my surgical recovery. It's incredibly soft, yet offers support in all the right places. The pieces stay in place but are light enough that I could rearrange them even the first day after surgery. very good quality and worth every cent. highly recommended!
