As this has never happened before I sincerely believe it is probably just a defective pair and not the product as a whole. However, I was disappointed to find that I couldn't trade them in for a new pair. There are cheaper brands on the market but I always bought the JOBST brand because I wanted high quality. I feel this quality should be maintained by the company and was very disappointed to find anything else.
