I weigh 130 pounds and got a gift of 17 pounds. I slept well the first few nights I tested it, and I generally don't sleep well. I started small - I only covered part of my body to get started and get used to the weight as the instructions say. I ended up trading the £17 for the £12 - maybe I should have taken the £15. It is difficult to understand. But I've always heard about the benefits of a weighted blanket, so I'm curious to see how it comes into play. The blanket itself looks very good and the weight is evenly distributed. Nothing shifts inside when I move the blanket - I thought the weight might shift but it doesn't. And the delivery was fast and the exchange is very easy. I only rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because I haven't had it long enough to really know how well it works. But so far so good.
