Love this blue floral blouse. I purchased a medium having just lost 23 lbs. (5' 3" and 155 lbs.) and have been wearing mediums lately. It fits really well through the shoulders and the only negative is the bottom is a little wide where you tie it and the way it is made, you cannot really pull it tighter when you make the tie at the bottom. But I will still wear it and will maybe try to alter it myself at the bottom. Overall a pretty blouse and I would recommend it.
