I'm sorry like many others that some buttons inside don't work. No Answer. This is unacceptable as it is a keyboard. In terms of protection, I find the hard case strong enough. This adds extra weight, but that's to be expected. Too bad the buttons don't work as I really want this to be the perfect bundle for my 2018 iPad. Completely disappointed that Logitech has such poor quality control. You should be able to easily identify this issue before shipping the product. But I think someone dropped the ball and it hurt Logitech. I look at other opponents and I see that there aren't many top players in this area. They should have been the only ones if the buttons worked at all. My previous Logitech keyboard for the iPad Air has worked great so far. Someone from the QA team should be fired for this.
