I get stress injuries on my wrists all the time and usually spend two hours a day on the phone. Having a phone with a headset is immeasurably useful. The quality is okay, but worse than I would have expected from a 900Mhz phone. It has 40 channels and when I had problems (pretty serious noise) it fixed the channel switching issue. The volume of the caller is very good, better than with my other cordless phone. The mic is a bit too sensitive - I hear a lot of wind noise when walking at a normal pace or turning my head quickly and people just kill me. when I'm on a call (making dinner or something) and I crumple up a plastic bag and it makes noise when the cable from the microphone to the mobile base even touches the microphone arm. Unfortunately, as other reviews have mentioned, there is no mute or volume control. The headset is quite comfortable. But I have to say again how wonderful it is that my wrists don't have to hold the phone! I think it's a good deal compared to other more expensive phones with wireless headsets and I'm happy with mine. The headset is quite comfortable.
