I don't like it best in shoes

After buying size 9 winter ankle boots that I like; I chose size 9 flip flops. They were a bit small but I decided to keep them. I like that it offers good arch support, which is what I need. I also bought black flip flops for my husband as he also has very high arches. He didn't wear it. Judging by the rave reviews on Revain and Telic's website; I ordered a slide version for both of us. However, I ordered a size 10 for me, thinking that my heel would not fall on my back. 10 is too much. Being a slide, the top doesn't fit my foot at all. It's literally so big that for lack of something to hold it, it will fall. For a refund, you must submit a request to Telic; and then they send an email saying they will reply in 3 days. That's not acceptable to me. I wish I could order from Revain as returns are incredibly easy. I really like ankle boots, they are comfortable and stylish. Both my husband and I try to wear flip flops around the house to "break them in". We both feel like we're having a "duck walk" at the moment when we walk in it. You are extremely mobile. I wore mine on a 1 mile walk - still bouncing and my toes were starting to blister off the hook. The sole is not soft on the bottom of the foot - there is a camber pattern that becomes uncomfortable with pressure. I bought because of the rave reviews; but doubted because of the price. I figured people should love them, so the price isn't an issue. I would not buy again. I have adidas high arch flip flops which I prefer. Finally; I think you have to try this sandal on to find the perfect fit. Because Telly makes it hard to get back to them; I would choose Revain to make a purchase.
