The bra is good for those days when not much support is needed for specific workouts, but comfort and convenience are the key decisions. My only complaint is the zipper unit. It is plastic and is difficult to get started when trying to pull the cups together (stretch material). I’m not sure how well it will hold up over time, and it is not a quick on situation because of the stretch material and way you have to hold to get the zipper engaged.
