Never Connected! I bought another wansview camera and spent 3 days troubleshooting via email because I don't have a support number. For 3 days I went in circles with several different support members all asking me to do the same and it really pissed me off so I returned it. I received an email from the company where they apologized and offered to send me this camera and I thought if it isn't free I could try it. So I got this one and started trying to set it up but it WOULD NOT CONNECT. It couldn't connect to my wifi and always failed exactly 20 seconds after trying. I've had enough attempts to use this brand and I just gave up. Now you're probably wondering if I did something wrong. I bought another brand at the same time this one was sent to me as I felt it wouldn't work. I was able to connect another brand of camera with no problems. The other couldn't connect to the 5GHz WiFi either, so that's not the issue. Maybe the brand of my router/modem that wanzview doesn't work with, but the cameras suck and their "customer support" isn't up to scratch either.
