I recently ordered this product and I couldn't be happier. I'm trying to get my nails back into shape after years of thinning and dry cuticles. I often buy cuticle trimmers at the store so be careful if you are used to using them. These cuticle trimmers and cuticle pushers don't bother. The tension is great, making the trimmers easy to use. However, they are very sharp and don't require much trimming. I used it once and am very happy with the result. No more spending money on low budget cuticle products. It's a ticket!
