Great product except for one issue that needs fixing
This is a good product except for one issue. The part that goes into the ear is separate from the main earpiece. It started about 4 months after purchase. That shouldn't have happened with normal wear. Same thing happened with my sister's earphones, I bought her the same one a month after I bought mine. I hope that this review will be taken seriously and that this issue will be taken into account. It would be bad for business if you didn't. Many Thanks.
