I just got my foster cat neutered and ordered this to use in place of a cone. On the positive side, she can be around her kittens and eat/drink easily. Going to the bathroom is a different story. I ordered a medium and it's a bit long for her but fits well. She messed up her entire bathroom, suit (bottom opening), and tray walls. I'm not sure if she was just afraid to bathe in it and exercise or what. If you don't want to clean up the mess on the potty, I would take off the suit and put your kitty in the litter box a few times a day and then put her back on straight away. I'm only giving 3 stars because this is a major drawback of the product.
