After reading several good and bad reviews about this jack I reluctantly ordered it, mainly because of the low price and the Revains return policy (the best one if you ask me). The good reviews outweigh the bad, and the most recent ones have all been 4 and 5. This often means the company has finally stepped up and fixed what was wrong and fixed the problem. This should be the case with this nest. Mine came wrapped in styrofoam in a box with no obvious signs of damage. Since the ground wires weren't connected, I decided to test this on a dyno before attempting to install it on my newly purchased RV. The kit does not include a large wire nut or crimp connector to connect two wires together, nor a large spade lug to connect it to the battery.
