Does the table say to buy an inch more than the cover? It didn't make sense to me, but "they" did it for,? for some time? Okay, one inch more. The insert came first. It's very crowded. The cover came out a few weeks later. I did my best to insert the insert. I was afraid I would rip the cover but I inserted it and couldn't close it. I put it on a chair and couldn't see the picture on the cover. The curvature of the pillow resulted in the top and bottom lying on their own where the top, bottom and center of the image were on their side. I couldn't return the insert because, well, someone, not me, mind you. You, not I, removed the "under penalty of the law" label. Please don't speak. So I opened the insert and unpacked it. I've removed at least a third of the footage and my hands can't see what's sticking out of me. Looks good. Feels good when sitting. It took a while to push, pull, knead, spread things out and as a bonus I have enough padding for another pillow. Why low stars? Simply put, I didn't need Hado to do it. The table must be thrown away. Don't count on it. Otherwise good product.
