I suspect something was lost in translation given what was written on the box that came with this outlet extender. The manual also had many translation errors, making it difficult to understand what was being said. Thankfully, you don't need a guide. All you need to know is that this thing works. This comes in handy when you want to add extra outlets to your wall outlet and get three USB ports. Two buttons control power to wall outlets (AC button) or USB ports (DC button). When the USB ports are powered, a small white light will illuminate underneath. The power strip can handle a total of ten amps, or 1200 watts, which should be more than enough for most people. It's the same as a large microwave oven. I like the ability to toggle power outlets and USB ports on and off. You don't have to disable anything. I thought the price was okay, less than $15 at the time.
