I was very happy with the completed structure. It was well designed and manufactured to surprisingly close tolerances. Assembly instructions are difficult to follow in spots, but after a few trials and errors it came together. To make the build easier make sure the frame is square and leave the roof bolts and screws loose until all the steel roof panels have been attached. Start screws in the machined threaded holes first before screwing down the rest of the roof panels. They go in by braille, so just be patient The longer bolts and acorn nuts go through slotted holes in the panels and have a little slop to help make the panel holes line up. After all the bolts are in the roof panels tighten them down. Cut the 90 off of a hardened allen wrench (not the one supplied) and insert in your cordless drill. Reduce the torque on your drill and don't over tighten or you will dimple the roof panels. Depending on your skill level and how many "friends" you can find, you will need 2+ days and lots of beer and pizza to complete the gazebo. Good Luck, and watch your language, there are kids around.
