Great for the price.

I bought this in March 2022. I was a bit sceptical but figured a couple hundred bucks for the summer shade would be worth it plus the mosquito netting and privacy element would be a bonus. Well this has outlasted my expectations by far. It has weathered the spring winds (60+) in some cases and rain. The fall storms and winds with high wind and here we are in the end of December with New Years a couple days away. We had the wettest snow to date this year last night and it held up like a CHAMP…

Well Made - Easy to Assemble - Great Customer Service

We ordered this due to an inundation of mosquitos. This was easy to install - there Are directions in the bag that contains all of the screws - and seems well made and resilient. We had a small issue and when I contacted customer service, they responded quickly and rectified the matter immediately. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but it appears sturdy enough to stand up to the test of time.

Not satisfied on my review.

Hard to assemble, not a sturdy item. The leg to the canopy ended in front of our patio door so we were unable to get in and out of our house. I requested a refund unaware that I would have to pay $150 to send it back and then charged a 20% restock fee. The customer service representative who was returning my emails was a complete smart mouth. I ended up not getting much of a refund at all and that is one reason I bought this canopy because it said returnable.

Gazebo is lovely but customer service is tedious

Not sure what happened to my initial review of this which was a 1 star but I'm updating now to a 4 star.The gazebo itself is lovely once you have it put together. The instructions aren't the best but you can muddle through it ok. The curtains and canopy are good material although we wish that the creme colored canopy blocked the sun more.We had several weeks worth of difficulty getting the parts that were missing for this. I was super unhappy about not being able to set it up after receiving it

Service dept was fantastic

Arrived quickly but was missing parts. Contacted seller and after a brief back and forth (some parts are packed inside of the leg pieces for shipping and I didn't notice) the missing pieces were sent out and I received them within a week! Shipping being what it is now I really thought I was done for the season! The gazebo itself only weighs 85 lbs total so it will blow away in a storm if not secured to a deck. I used footer blocks -just buried them within the patio bricks. (Pictures attatched)…

Check all parts before starting assembly!

One of the main brackets had been sawed almost all the way thru on 2 places and had been clamped so hard it was dented in a few places. Been waiting for a replacement for a week now, and haven't heard how long it will take to get. Upsetting

this is a great gazebo

i bought this gazebo for my back yard i had a drill and an Allanrench bit and channel locks it went up easy with 3 people. The polyester curtains may be difficult to close or open!

Great gazebo good for me

I love this gazebo. It's a pain to put together.screw holes are to small on some pieces but it is really nice. The air venting screens may not be very effective in keeping out dust or debris!

A little disappointed

We put this up and I loved it. and after a week of having it up the winds broke it and it began falling apart.The metal piece broke at the top first. We screwed the four metal poles into the concrete and it stayed in place but it started breaking.

Poor quality supports & netting

Day one the mosquito net tore. The cross braces are weak and bent day 2 when the light wind pushed it 3" on our concrete patio. Don't bother buying as it's quality isn't worth the price. Spend a bit more and built your own or pay for one to be built.

Covering Cheap for my opinion

The covering is cheap, does not fit properly. clip are not sewed on good. when went to attached the opposite side stitching pulled off. the covering is the only cheap thing to this canopy.

Not bad for the money

Instructions are not good at all 3 posts had small dents when i received the package metal posts are very thin and i will let you know how it stands when first storm comes in i screwed it down to deck and ordered some weight bags for extra support i found out they do not sell replacement parts so if i get a couple of seasons out of it i will be happy.

DO NOT GET ONE. in my review

EVENTUALLY THE SUN WILL FATIQUE THE CLOTH AND IT WILL TEAR IN THE WIND, THAT IS A GIVEN, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY A NEW TOP, THEY DO NOT SELL ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS. MAKE SURE WHERE YOU BUY, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE COVER.

Happy customer good for me

It is a nice canopy. You want to make sure you secure it to the ground. So far it’s kept the rain out from under it. I like it. There were a couple of little dents in one pole, but really I can’t even see them they are covered up by the fabric. Good deal for the price!

After it’s 4th wind storm it gave up.

We bought this to cover our kids’ sandbox from rain and sunny days. Loved that it also helped keep bugs out.Keeping the rain out eh… so so… too much wind just moved the curtains and let the rain in anyways along the bottom.And with rain comes wind usually so we would need to open it up or it would very likely go flying like a trampoline. Yes it is anchored. And as you see in the pictures the wind didn’t lift it up and away.So it survived 3 wind storms out here in Delaware. Then the 4th did it…

Once you let me know what to do about lifting the top, the tent is just fabulous! It protects from the rain as I wanted it to, and when I need to put the screens across it will work just as well, I am sure. I love it!GG

Beautiful gazebo! in my review

I absolutely love this gazebo! It took a bit to put it together but that’s to be expected. There were 2 missing pieces and I contacted the seller for replacement parts. Still waiting on those because they are coming from overseas but we were still able to put the gazebo together. Hopefully the missing parts will be here soon. Love that the curtain material is easy to clean too!

Save your money to get something else

I bought this is September 2021 and I’ve gone through multiple wind storms. I hammered in steel rods into the ground and attached them to each post. The support bars still ripped right through the thin aluminum posts and the tent completely collapsed just now. It is very time consuming and difficult to install and SHOULD NOT be a permanent structure. Just save your money to buy something better
