Not satisfied on my review.
Hard to assemble, not a sturdy item. The leg to the canopy ended in front of our patio door so we were unable to get in and out of our house. I requested a refund unaware that I would have to pay $150 to send it back and then charged a 20% restock fee. The customer service representative who was returning my emails was a complete smart mouth. I ended up not getting much of a refund at all and that is one reason I bought this canopy because it said returnable.
- Directions could have been more detailed. Otherwise great product!
- Blew over and was destroyed with the first strong wind. It was staked and sandbags
