Major letdown- minimal boosts, more headaches.
When I tried this pre-workout, I hoped for a significant increase in energy. Instead, I barely felt any effect except for painful headaches. The ingredient list didn't seem to align with the claims made on the label. The only upside is that it's easy to mix and swallow. Overall, not worth the investment in health and household.
