Excellent replacement type "OEM ".
This one is much better than the flexible fan for example. The blade pitch wasn't nearly as noisy and not as steep as a flexible stainless steel fan, so I was able to use a narrower fan spacer to position my fan properly in the shroud and give me some clearance between it and the heatsink.
