I have 3a curls. Before using this mask, my hair literally fell out in huge clumps in the shower, my drain was constantly clogged, and my hair was always tangled. Within 3 uses (spread over a week) the huge clumps stopped growing and hair loss was reduced. After a few weeks, the hair became shiny and soft. I've been using it for a few months now and the fallout is a thing of the past. I can't believe I used to endure so much dead hair! It also smells very pleasant, like almond extract. I cannot recommend this material enough.
